The Green Bay Packers have gotten through the first four games of the 2018 season and they now have a 2-1-1 record. Before the season began, the Packers thought they would be 3-1 or 4-0 at this point of the year, but they also didn’t anticipate the offense being ranked 17th in total yards and 19th in scoring.

One of the reasons for the offensive struggles is Aaron Rodgers dealing with a knee injury. He’s able to make all the throws, but he’s not as mobile as he would be if he’s 100 percent healthy. He’s getting better as he’s starting to practice more and he was recently taken off the injury report.

The one surprising thing about the Packers this year is the play of the defense. After struggling with Dom Capers the last few years, the Packers brought in Mike Pettine to be the defensive coordinator and they currently rank No. 6 in total defense, seventh in passing defense, 15th in rushing defense and 11th in scoring defense. The Packers have also recorded 13 sacks, the fourth-best total in the NFL and they have notched four interceptions, the eighth-best total in the league.

PREDICTION FOR 10/28 Packers VS Rams:

This will be a very road game for the Packers as they will travel to L.A. for the first time since 1991. The Rams had the No. 1 offense in the NFL last season and the defense added cornerbacks Aqib TalibMarcus Petersand defensive tackle Ndomakung Suh. And let’s not forget about cornerback Sam Shields who was a member of the Packers from 2010-2016 before being released by the team in 2017 due to his history of concussions. Then there’s defensive tackle Aaron Donald who is the reigning Defensive Player of the Year. The Packers fall to the Rams in a tough battle. Record: 4-2-1
