This is the very first blog on my new website and I thought about what the most appropriate topic would be. Because my website is all about branding and information for my clients, I thought the best topic would be why Executive Mortgage may be the best fit for you.
First, executive Mortgage is a true mortgage broker. If you’re not familiar with how a broker works you can equate it to a website like Expedia.com, a third-party that sources out the best deals for you based on rate and cost all in one place. Just like Expedia.com, the lenders have incentive set up with us and compensate us for bringing them loans. The consumer does not actually have any cost (except a credit pull) correlated with Executive Mortgage.
In my opinion that is enough benefit, you can get the best deal without having to call every lender in town.
We have structured the business to have an advantage in almost every type of economic environment, we have aligned ourselves with lenders that focus on lower credit score and lower down payment loans; we also have lenders that focus on higher credit scores and larger down payment loans.

It’s still a common myth that people need 20% of the sales price to qualify for a mortgage. This is been a fallacy for some time, we have a program called WHEDA that is useful for clients but may not have a down payment at all.
Another common myth is mortgage insurance, many still believe that do you need a 20% down payment to avoid it. That could not be further from the truth. Executive Mortgage has the ability to provide its clients with no mortgage insurance loans with no down payment.
